Our vision is to be an innovative and “disruptive” care provider that leads the way towards nationwide PBS and co-operative care, so we can deliver - what we call - full circle care. We want to provide care in a different way.

Our Vision is a clear image of how we see the future for all. Our Vision might be grand - and for some too big - but we don’t think a vision can ever be too big. If a vision is aligned with once deepest values and priorities, then it is NOT too big. We believe in our vision, and we will become that vision and create a better future for not only our service users, but for all. Family, loved once, friends and the community. It is our desired future that we all come together as one. That we help one another, learn from each other, and work together. United we know we can do better and achieve more.

We hope our Vision inspires, motivates, and will make others keep trying and come together to help and support each other. Our Vision for sure keeps us excited and motivated doing what we do. It is our passion and it’s build deep into our soul and believes.

We are all the same. No one is worth more than others. We all have the same rights to live a peaceful, safe, fulfilling life with dignity. We have the right to as much personal freedom as practicable possible, whilst feeling safe, secure and content.

We have the right to higher quality of life, to development, progression, and growth. We all have the right to live as we want, where we want, alone or with someone we like or love. We all should have these rights. We all should do what we like to do, so we can be as happy and content as possible. This is the vision we have set – to give as many as possible the best possible support, so they can live the best life possible.

We can all become the best version of us with the right support and care.
With this vision ready, we asked ourselves, how can this be achieved? And this is where Setting goals come in and will help us.

Our goals are set as a specific target that moves us towards our vision. Goals can be set, for example, feelings, results, skills, knowledge, physical and mental training and so much more, as long as it is possible to push even further when the goals are reached – it must ALWAYS be possible to move further, get better and achieve more. Goals helps us to stay focused and on track.

So, as you can see, goals are for sure not a negative thing. But it is always good to check at times that the goals set still serves us or you, whether your circumstances or world around you has changed or if you have grown or developed. That’s why we always will be flexible by adjusting the goals or creating new ones, so we can keep moving towards our vision.

As we write our goals down, we make them very specific and quantifiable in some way. It is also important to express them positively (we sit down and talk and write what you want, not what you want to avoid). Finally, we note that goals should be written in present tense and with a clear timeframe for achieving those set goals.
 
We have visualized what we want to achieve, we have set the individual goals and we WILL be achieving them.
Life happens around us; we know where we are heading and how we will do it, therefore it is much easier for us to help and support our service users achieving their needs, desires, there goals and help them have their OWN vison. We will be there and support them all, getting through life’s events, ups and downs. We want to make sure, that as many as possible will come out on the other side, more independent, stronger and better, happier and content.
 
You, your loved once, even us as well as the community, will start to see results and changes unfold as life is lived according to your own values and with your own set directions. You will know where you are going, you will have purpose and value and then it is much more likely you get there the way YOU want.
