Support Worker

In our organisation also known as a Team Member

Full-time

Why do we do what we do?

Simple – we want to change the way care is provided. We want to challenge the care industry and its often “old-school’ ways. We need more transparency and honesty in this sector, and we will fight for this, to be the norm.
We want to make a difference in people’s life. We want to constantly develop and do better.
We are a not-for-profit driven organisation, and we will never choose numbers over people.
Last, but definitely not least, then we truly believe that people with learning disabilities should have the same right to an ordinary life as anyone else. They need support from people like us to help them achieve this. So, if you are passionate about helping people to achieve the life they deserve and if you like to help us achieve our vision – which is to change the care sector to the better and to challenge the old with the new, then keep reading
